An LPA is a legal document that takes effect automatically should you subsequently lose mental ability by allowing you to appoint someone you trust to manage your personal welfare and matters concerning your property and affairs.

The Deed Poll is a legal document executed to effect a change in name, including the ethnic name, marriage name or baptism name.
